Bluegrass Hawaii

Bluegrass Hawai'i brings together bluegrass and traditional music lovers across the Hawaiian Islands. Founded by Caroline Wright, the society grew from a single jam session in Honolulu into a community with musicians and fans on O'ahu, Maui, the Big Island, and Kauai.

The group hosts regular jams, campouts, and workshops, and supports local venues that host visiting bands. Whether you're a lifelong picker or just curious about bluegrass, everyone is welcome to come out and say howdy.

Bluegrass Hawai'i is an official 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a member association of the International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA).
